Third generation farmer, Ashley Edwards has a focus on diversification and has followed his passion of farming, metal work, timber work, and cooking.

Ash has a love for making, and is passionate about the artisan lifestyle. From day to day you’ll find him milling timber, forging culinary knives, building veggie gardens and cooking up a feast.

Although just in it’s infancy, Ash has started a YouTube channel to showcase life on the land with a focus on making, growing and fixing.

Watch as Ash builds chicken coops, raised garden beds, glasshouses, workshops and more. The aim is to live a simple life enjoying food directly from the paddock to the plate, with a focus on building everything by hand with as small footprint on the land as possible.
